Return Policy
This policy explains cancellation and return conditions for paid challenge services provided by Zimravenmrizchit.
Cancellation before activation
If a paid service is cancelled at least 7 days before activation, a full return may be requested unless alternative terms were accepted in writing.
Cancellation after activation
After activation of digital services, partial return eligibility is assessed based on delivered scope and consumed service period.
EU consumer rights information
Where mandatory withdrawal rights apply under EU or Swedish consumer law, details will be provided during purchase flow. For digital services started with user consent, withdrawal rights may be limited according to law.
Processing timeline
Approved return requests are processed within 14 business days using the original payment route where technically possible.
