This page explains how customer complaints are reviewed and what options are available under Swedish consumer dispute frameworks.
Contact us first
Please send complaint details to partners@zimravenmrizchit.world with your contact data and a clear summary of the issue. We aim to respond within 14 business days.
Swedish consumer dispute option
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, consumers in Sweden may contact Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) for review.
EU online dispute platform
EU consumers may also review options on the European Commission ODR platform where applicable.
Documentation
Please include relevant agreement details, payment records, and communication references to support fair and efficient review.
